Reporting a security problem
Please report it privately to contact@lumistrel.com with Security at the start of the subject, not in public. Say what you found, how to reproduce it, which version or page is affected and what impact you see. We acknowledge within 72 hours and assess within 7 days, and fix confirmed problems, or explain how to avoid them, before they are made public. Please allow us 90 days before you disclose anything. Never test in a way that could harm the live service or reach other people's data.
